Our steel security doors and windows are made with high quality and extremely secure steel. After manufacturing each product is zinc plated and powder coated, to both protect it from corrosion and give it a long-lasting finish.
A steel designer security door has to be fully welded at our factory in Epping which gets done in the first 2 weeks then sent to our zinc coats for rust protection, after that we ship it to our powder-coaters to make it the colour of your choice then after that we return it to our factory to be meshed. So as you can see it’s a bit of a process and it takes up to 6 weeks to complete, perfection takes time.
All of our steel doors are truly made to measure by laser and fully installed by our installation technicians, and GST is also included. Once we have completed a measure and quote at your home we will give you a fully inclusive price with no hidden costs or surprises.
We begin by providing you with a free security assessment of your home, to give you our professional advice on how to keep yourself and your family safe with steel solutions. We also measure doors and windows so we can provide you with an accurate, no-obligation quote.
If you wish to proceed with the order, we’ll organise for a final measure and all the paperwork to come to you for confirmation and execution. We do require a deposit, and then we begin manufacturing your products.
Once the items are nearing completion, our team will contact you to schedule a convenient time for your security window or security door installation. At that appointment, the installation team will collect the final balance owing and install your new steel security products.
Our Steel doors vary in pricing with 85% of them around $1150 installed. Some of the more ornate wrought iron and heritage ranges can cost up to $1600 depending on your choice of mesh.
